Electronic Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate security and control over your user IDs, passwords and computer systems. You should not communicate sensitive information to us via unencrypted email, including your account number. You agree to keep and to require Your Personnel keep your user IDs and passwords secret and you agree to prevent unauthorized access to your computer systems. You agree to notify us immediately if your user IDs or passwords are lost or stolen or if you believe someone else has discovered your user IDs or passwords or if you suspect there has been a breach of your computer system. You should change your user IDs and passwords whenever any person with access to them transfers to a new assignment, leaves your employ or is no longer authorized to use them or if you believe that security of your user IDs or passwords has been compromised. We also recommend that you regularly change your user IDs and passwords. We are authorized to act on, to release your account information to, and to accept as your authentic instructions, any instructions given to us by, any person who has entered a user ID and password assigned to you. If a security breach occurs, unless our internal security is proved to have been breached, there shall be a presumption that your security has been breached.

You agree to keep your Access IDs and passwords secret and prevent unauthorized access to your computer systems. You agree to notify SFB immediately if your Access IDs or passwords are lost or stolen or if you believe someone else has discovered your Access IDs or passwords or if you suspect there has been a breach of your computer system. You should change your Access IDs and passwords whenever you believe that security of your Access IDs or passwords has been compromised. SFB also recommends that you regularly change your Access IDs and passwords. SFB is authorized to act on, to release your account information to, and to accept as your authentic instructions, any instructions given to SFB by any person who has entered an Access ID and password assigned to you. If a security breach occurs, unless our internal security is proved to have been breached, there shall be a presumption that your security has been breached. Online Access: You agree that any one owner on an account may request SFB to make online banking services available with respect to that account. Once online banking services are available to a person, that person will be able to access all accounts on which that person is an owner.
Electronic Security. Partner’s electronic security policies, procedures, and safeguards must be at least as stringent as those set forth in Washington’s Standard for Securing Information Technology Assets, OCIO Standard No. 141.10, as amended from time to time.
Electronic Security. You understand and acknowledge that if you do not implement and follow commercially reasonable hardware, software, physical access and physical storage security procedures regarding data owned by you, including sensitive personally identifiable information ("PII"), the security of your deposits and/or data may be compromised. You understand, acknowledge and agree that the installation, maintenance and operation of your mobile device (hardware and software) and related security procedures, including, but not limited to, data security protection, firewalls and anti-virus software, is your sole responsibility, and that you are solely responsible for securing, encrypting, protecting and otherwise safeguarding the data owned by you.

Electronic Security. Except pursuant to a court order, the District will not allow the installation of a video camera or use other video technology in a classroom or an Association-represented employee’s assigned workspace without the prior written approval of the Association President. Cameras in large, shared common workspaces will be turned off during instructional time. In the event of a request for such approval, the President will respond in writing within three (3) school days of the request. The District will notify the Association should a court order be issued within 48 hours. The District will not use other electronic equipment or digital technology to observe or monitor an employee in a classroom or workspace without the employee’s prior knowledge and permission. Such technologies may be used to observe or monitor an employee without an employee’s permission only to document or investigate specific allegations of misconduct, provided the Association is notified within twenty-four (24) hours of such use by the District or agents of the District. The District and Association will review any allegation that a video camera is observing or monitoring a workspace. In places where video cameras are not adjusted, alternative workspaces or options will be provided.
Electronic Security. Electronic media of any type or format supplied to the Authority by the Contractor shall be checked for viruses before shipment. The Contractor shall provide details of the computer virus detection and virus eradication software (or hardware) that is used to prevent infection and the frequency at which it is updated. In addition to the requirements set out in Schedule 1 (the specification) the following additional details in the inception report form part of this contract.
Electronic Security. I understand that I will receive or select a username and password (collectively, “PINs”) that provide electronic access to My Account.
1) I understand and agree that My Account numbers and PINs are confidential and I am responsible for the confidentiality, protection and use of them. I understand that I should not grant access to My Account to any third party and that granting such access is done solely at My risk. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold You and Your affiliates harmless from and against any Losses (as defined below) arising out of or relating to My granting access to My Account to a third party or authorizing or allowing third parties to gain access to and use Your Services. Ustocktrade Securities does not warrant against loss of use or any direct, indirect or consequential damages or losses to Me caused by My grant of access to My Account to a third party or My authorization or assent, express or implied, to a third party accessing My Account, including access provided through any other third party systems or sites.
2) I agree and accept full responsibility for monitoring and safeguarding My Account and access to My Account. I am responsible for all activity in My Account.
3) I agree to immediately notify You if I become aware of: (i) any loss, theft, or unauthorized access or use of My PINs or Account numbers; (ii) any failure by Me to receive a message from You; (iii) any failure by Me to receive an accurate confirmation of an execution; (iv) any receipt by Me of confirmation of an order, execution and/or cancellation that I did not place; or (v) any inaccurate information relating to My Account (e.g., balances, deposits, withdrawals, securities positions or transaction history).
4) Each of the events described in subsections (J)(3)(i)(v) shall be deemed a “Potential Fraudulent Event.” I agree that, in the event of a Potential Fraudulent Event, I will notify You promptly, and in no event more than 24 hours, after I discover such Potential Fraudulent Event. I agree that in the event of a Potential Fraudulent Event, I will report such fraudulent occurrence promptly to the legal authorities, if so instructed by You. Further, I agree to provide a copy of any report prepared by legal authorities to You on request. I agree to cooperate fully with the legal authorities and with You in any investigation of such Potential Fraudulent Event and I will complete any requested affidavits promptly, accurately and thoroughly. Electronic Security. Landlord warrants that the Building contains an electronic security system of which the Tenant will be granted access, and further warrant that the Building will maintain this or an equivalent security system throughout the term of the Lease and any renewal periods. Any additional security or security systems, or any operational modifications to the existing security system, desired by Tenant shall be considered an "Alteration" under paragraph 16 herein.
