New TennCare Enrollees. 2.4.4.3.1 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all non-SSI applicants shall be required at the time of their application to select an MCO other than TennCare Select from those MCOs available in the Grand Region where the applicant resides. If the applicant does not select an MCO, the person will be assigned to an MCO by the State in accordance with Section 2.4.4.6. 2.4.4.3.2 Adults eligible for TennCare as a result of being eligible for SSI benefits will be assigned to an MCO (other than TennCare Select) by the State. 2.4.4.3.3 Children eligible for TennCare as a result of being eligible for SSI will be assigned to TennCare Select (defined in Section 1 of this Agreement) but may opt-out of TennCare Select and choose another MCO. 2.4.4.3.4 TennCare may allow enrollment of new TennCare enrollees in TennCare Select if there is insufficient capacity in other MCOs.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

  • Medical Care Leave An Employee who is unable to make the necessary arrangements for maintenance of personal health care outside of scheduled work time, shall be granted time off with pay. Such time off shall not exceed sixteen (16) working hours per calendar year. Hours in excess of sixteen (16) hours per calendar year shall be deducted from the Employee's sick leave accumulation.

  • Medicaid Enrollment Treatment Grantees shall enroll as a provider with Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) and all Medicaid Managed Care organizations in Grantee’s service region within the first quarter of this procurement term and maintain through the procurement term.
