Common use of Newly Created Positions Clause in Contracts

Newly Created Positions. a. Any position not described in the current contract or any position reclassified during the life of this contract shall be considered a new position. b. Salary allowances and bonus schedule (if applicable) must be negotiated with the Liaison Committee and agreed to by both parties. Should the parties fail to reach agreement, the matter will be referred to Article A.6 (Grievance Procedure).
