Common use of Night Transportation Clause in Contracts

Night Transportation. When an employee is required to work between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and other transportation is not reasonably available, the Employer shall, upon submission of an appropriate receipt, compensate the employee for the cost of a taxi, to a maximum of $15.00 per trip, to and from their usual place of residence.
