No Call/No Show. An employee who fails to report to work for three (3) consecutive work shifts without giving notice to their supervisor has resigned from their employment. Immediately after the third shift missed, the employer will send notice to the employee, by certified mail, noting their resignation due to the no call, no show absences.
No Call/No Show. An employee may be subject to discharge from JTHS if they have three (3) consecutive working days of No Call/No Show.
No Call/No Show. An employee who fails to report to work for three (3) consecutive work shifts without giving notice to their supervisor has resigned from their employment. Immediately after the third shift missed, the employer will send notice to the employee, by certified mail, noting their resignation due to the no call, no show absences. However, a person may subsequently apply for a retroactive leave of absence without pay to cover the no call no show absences, and such a request, made within ten (10) calendar days of the absence, will receive reasonable consideration, particularly in those cases where a documented disability caused the absence and that fact is supported by a statement from a medical practitioner as defined in the Family Medical Leave Act which is to be submitted along with the leave of absence request.
No Call/No Show. Failure to report for three (3) consecutive working days without authorization or notice shall be considered a voluntary termination unless the Department determines to the contrary or the employee shows good cause for the failure to make the required notice.

No Call/No Show. One (1) or more consecutive days of no call/ no show may result in termination. No Call No Show is considered to be Voluntary Resignation (Quit). An employee will be recorded upon initial late reporting as being “tardy”. If 51% of the scheduled shift passes and the employee still has not reported, the status will be converted to “absent”. If at the end of the scheduled shift the employee has still not reported and the absence has not been approved by the direct supervisor, the employee will be considered to be a No Call No Show. LATENESS: Excessive lateness is defined as five (5) or more instances occurring in a rolling twelve (12) month period. Lateness is disruptive to the normal routine of the center and will not be tolerated. An incident of lateness is defined as clocking in eight (8) minutes or more after the start of the scheduled shift. The following corrective measures will apply:
No Call/No Show. A driver reports to work so late that his/her route has already been dispatched and the employee has not notified his/her supervisor or designee prior to his/her established check-in time.
No Call/No Show. An employee who fails to report for work for three (3) shifts during any twelve (12) month period without notifying Employer shall be deemed to have voluntarily resigned. This section shall not be construed to permit any unauthorized absences or tardiness and the employee may be disciplined for the first two failures to report.

No Call/No Show. For New patient appointments, the patient will be charged $50.00 as a penalty for NO SHOW, and for Established patients follow up appointments, for penalty would be $25.00 for NO SHOW.
