No Lockout/No Strike. 11.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for settling grievances, the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout of its employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strikes or other collective action which will stop or interfere with operations during the term of this Agreement. 11.02 It shall be no violation of this Agreement for any employee to refuse to cross a picket line. Any employee thus failing to report for duty shall be considered to be on leave of absence without pay and shall not be subject to any disciplinary action, discharge, termination or any other penalty or prejudice.
