No Lockout/No Strike. 4.3.1 The Company and the Union agree that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no lockouts. The Union and the Company agree that during the same period, neither the Union nor its agents, nor its members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone, or engage in work stoppage, slow down, or strike. 4.3.2 The Company agrees that it will not require an employee to cross a picket line established in connection with a strike of another employer. 4.3.3 The Company agrees that no employee covered by this Agreement shall be required to fill the job of any employee who may be on strike elsewhere.
