No Lockout/No Strike. 6.1 During the term of this Agreement, the District agrees not to engage in any lockout of employees covered by this Agreement. 6.2 The Association agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, there will be no strike, walk-out, slow-down, or work stoppage.
