No Recruiting Sample Clauses
No Recruiting. Advertising for employees or written recruiting literature is not allowed. Recruiting in any form is strictly prohibited. Anyone who violates this policy will not be allowed to attend The Docks Expo the following year. Any company or individual found recruiting will be expelled from the conference immediately, will lose membership, and lose any future opportunities to attend and exhibit at The Docks Expo.
No Recruiting. Neither party shall solicit or seek to employ any person who is an employee of the other party during the term of this Agreement and for one (1) year thereafter. However, this clause does not prevent either party from engaging in recruiting activities directed to the community at large and not targeted specifically at employees of the other, even if such activities result in recruiting an employee of the other. This shall not preclude either party from receiving and accepting unsolicited applications from such employees.
No Recruiting. While you are employed by the Company and for a period of eighteen (18) months thereafter, you will not, directly or indirectly, on your own behalf or as an owner, partner, officer, director, employee or consultant of any entity, hire or offer to hire any person who is or was an employee or contractor or collaborating partner of the Company during your employment with the Company. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if during the period this provision is effective, you and Xxx Xxxxxxxx are both no longer employed by or providing services to the Company, you may collaborate on other business endeavors which do not compete with the Company’s business.
No Recruiting. Plexus and Customer agree that during the term of this Agreement and for twelve (12) months thereafter, that each shall not solicit or recruit, directly or indirectly, the employees of the other. This shall not preclude an employee of either Plexus or Customer from independently pursuing and securing employment opportunities with the other on such employee’s own initiative. In addition, neither party shall be prohibited from making general solicitations or recruitments in newspapers, magazines, trade journals and the like.
No Recruiting. During the term of Employee’s employment and for six (6) months after the end of Employee’s employment by LSG, Employee shall not assist anyone else to hire any employee, consultant, or temporary employee of LSG or seek to persuade any employee, consultant, or temporary employee of LSG to discontinue employment or to become employed in any business which is directly or indirectly in competition with LSG’s business, nor seek to persuade any third party to discontinue a relationship with LSG.

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, neither party will recruit nor employ, directly or indirectly, any employee of the other party involved in the performance of this Agreement, unless otherwise mutually agreed; provided, however, that employment resulting from general solicitations that appear in digital or written media shall not be deemed to violate this Section.
No Recruiting. Because of the high cost of Academy and other training for its Reserve Police Officers, Requestor agrees that it will not hire in any capacity, either as a volunteer, Reserve, or paid position, any current or former Colorado Ranger within five (5) years of the Ranger leaving service with the Colorado Rangers. If Requestor breaches this provision, Requestor shall immediately pay to the Colorado Rangers three (3) times the sum of the “Academy Expenses”, plus interest, as defined and delineated in the Colorado Ranger Reserve Academy Tuition Assistance Reimbursement Agreement (“XXXX”) for the Ranger(s) hired by the Requestor, regardless of whether said Ranger(s) has fulfilled his/her obligations under said Agreement. To the extent a Colorado Ranger is hired by Requestor who did not receive his/her training pursuant to the XXXX, Requestor shall pay three (3) times the current XXXX Academy Expenses rate in effect at the time of the hiring.
No Recruiting. Each party must not directly or indirectly actively recruit the other party’s employees, contractors, representatives, or any other person acting on the party’s behalf, for at least one (1) year from the termination of this Agreement. “Actively recruiting” includes, but is not limited to, discussion, solicitation, or offer of employment. This provision survives the termination of this Agreement.
No Recruiting. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one year after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, neither party will recruit or employ, directly or indirectly, any of the other party’s employees involved in the performance of this Agreement (“Personnel”). In the event that a party recruits and employs any Personnel, the recruiting party will pay to the other party, within thirty (30) days of the date of such hiring, an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total compensation paid by the other party to such Personnel in the previous year as a fee for the benefit obtained by the recruiting party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Section shall not apply to a party’s employment of any of the other party’s employees who contacts the recruiting party on his or her own initiative as a result of a general advertising campaign and without any direct or indirect solicitation by or encouragement from the recruiting party.
No Recruiting. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Agency shall not knowingly solicit, entice, or persuade any employees of Client to terminate their employment with Client or hire any such employees.
