No Strikes or Other Interferences. The Union agrees that there will be no strikes of any kind whatsoever (whether general or sympathetic or otherwise), walkouts, stoppages of work, sit-downs or slowdowns, sick-outs or sit-ins, or any other interference with the Employer’s activities or operations during the life of this Agreement. Neither the Union nor any officer, xxxxxxx or other agent or representative or member of the Union nor any employee shall engage in, induce, encourage, instigate, authorize, assist, aid, condone or participate in any violation of this Section 4.1.
