Non-Agreement. Except as specifically set out in this Agreement, no party is under any legal obligation with respect to a potential transaction unless a definitive agreement between the parties has been signed.
Non-Agreement. Should the parties be unable to reach a satisfactory resolution at Step One, the employee may submit the grievance to Step Two utilizing the procedures herein.
Non-Agreement. 3.1 Any Subscriber that does not agree to these Terms and Conditions is not authorised to access and use the Platform and must immediately cease doing so.
Non-Agreement. When consulting with any physician, the NP will confirm that the NP and physician have an agreement and understanding of each other’s responsibilities specific to the situation. In a situation of non-agreement with the collaborating physician, the College of Nurses of Ontario’s (CNO) guidelines for “disagreeing with the Plan of Care” may provide a valuable resource. If non- agreement is not resolved using the CNO guidelines, consult with the Division Chief or Chief Medical Officer, Program Director and/or the Chief Nursing Executive.
Non-Agreement. If you decide not to sign this Agreement on or before June 25, 2013, or revoke this Agreement in accordance with paragraph 26, you will only be paid two (2) weeks' salary, and the dates and eligibility for the various incentives and benefits indicated in this Agreement would be modified to reflect your Separation Date of May 3, 2013.
