Non-Contracted Services. The Contractor agrees, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, that no claim for non-contracted construction services rendered or materials furnished shall be valid unless the Contractor provides the Subcontractor notice:
(a) prior to furnishing of the services and materials, except in an emergency affecting the safety of persons or property;
(b) in writing of such claim within three days of first furnishing such services or materials; and
(c) the written charges for such services or materials no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following that in which the claim originated.
Non-Contracted Services. Any scope of work outside of the above-mentioned contracted services will be billed to the VCTC by LBE at a rate of $150/hour. These non-contracted services shall encompass, but are not limited to, graphic design, additional event consultations, non-contracted labor, cancellation procedures, VCTC mandated event structure adjustments, etc.
Non-Contracted Services. The Subcontractor agrees, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, that no claim for non-contracted construction services rendered or materials furnished shall be valid unless the Subcontractor provides the General Contractor notice:
a) prior to furnishing any of the services or materials, except in an emergency affecting the safety of persons or property;
b) in writing of such claim five (5) working days prior to first furnishing such services or materials; and
c) the written charge with all necessary documentation for such services or materials to the General Contractor no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following that in which the claim originated.
Non-Contracted Services. Any scope of work outside of the above mentioned contracted services will be billed to the VCTC by Contractor at a rate of $150 per hour these non-contracted services shall encompass, but are not limited to, graphic design, additional event consultations, non-contracted labor, cancellation procedures, VCTC mandated event structure adjustments, etc.. These non-contracted services shall not exceed $3,000 inside a fiscal year without VCTC approval.

Contractor agrees, except as otherwise provided in this Subcontract, that no claim or backcharge for non-contracted construction services rendered or materials furnished shall be valid unless Contractor provides Subcontractor with written notice of such claim within five (5) days of first furnishing said services or materials except in an emergency affecting the safety of persons or property and unless written notice of the charge therefore is given by Contractor to Subcontractor not later than the 10th day of the calendar month following that in which the claim originated.

The General Contractor agrees, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and except if the General Contractor is providing clean-up services, that no claim for non-contracted construction services rendered or materials furnished shall be valid unless the General Contractor provides the Subcontractor notice:
a) prior to furnishing of the services or materials, except in an emergency affecting the safety of persons or property;
b) in writing of such claim within five (5) working days of first furnishing such services or materials; and
c) the written charges for such services or materials no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following that in which the claim originated.
