Non-Fiduciary Services. Assist with review of the retirement readiness of the participants as defined by the Plan by performing/obtaining analysis on participa- tion, contribution rates, asset allocation/rebalancing, outstanding loans, etc. Benchmarking of the platform, fees and services Broker Dealer/Representative will assist with periodic reviews and benchmarking of the Plan’s fees, services and investments. This may include support in the following: • Assist in the preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) from record-keeping platform providers and review and compare the responses as well as help prepare a summary of the RFP, and when warranted recommend possible change in record-keeping platform provider. • Assist with review of the Plan’s ERISA spending account or Plan Expense Recapture Account (PERA) in monitoring the Plan’s fees, and when warranted recommend possible change in fee structure to reduce fees.

This may include support in the following: • Assist with review of the existing IPS in determining whether the Plan’s investments are consistent with the goals set forth in its IPS and assist in the identification of appropriate revisions to the IPS, and when warranted recommend possible change in IPS when goals have changed. • Assist with review in evaluating the Plan’s level of compliance with the requirements of Section 404(c) of ERISA.
Non-Fiduciary Services. Advisor has agreed to provide Client with the non-fiduciary retirement plan consulting services selected from the list below: (Mark next to the services that will be provided.) X Request for Proposal Services. Advisor offers assistance in marketing for plan sponsors.
Non-Fiduciary Services. RIA will also perform the following services, referred to as “Non-Fiduciary Services”: a. Assist in the education of the participants in the Plan about general investing principles and the investment alternatives available under the Plan in accordance with Department of Labor Interpretive Bulletin 96-1. RIA will not provide investment advice concerning the appropriateness of any investment option for a particular participant or beneficiary under the Plan and will not be acting as an ERISA fiduciary for purposes of providing educational services. b. Assist in the group enrollment meetings to explain retirement plan participation, savings and investing for eligible employees. RIA will not be acting as an ERISA fiduciary for purposes of providing enrollment support services. IF RIA offers additional “non-fiduciary” services -- i.e., services not related to providing “investment advice” to the plan or its participants and beneficiaries, those services should be described at this point.

  • Engagement of Administrator The Issuer and the Owner Trustee engage the Administrator to perform the obligations of the Issuer and the Owner Trustee under the Transaction Documents as described in this Agreement, and the Administrator accepts the engagement.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Optionee's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Optionee's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Optionee to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Optionee will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Optionee’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Client Responsibilities You are responsible for (a) assessing each participants’ suitability for the Training, (b) enrollment in the appropriate course(s) and (c) your participants’ attendance at scheduled courses.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Acknowledgement of Services and Responsibility of the Manager The Resident acknowledges that neither the Manager nor the Institution stands in loco parentis with respect to the Resident. The Residence provides living accommodations for independent students who are to be responsible and accountable for their personal needs and their interactions with their fellow residents as opposed to residential care. The Manager is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the residence. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered. This documentation will also include a statement of your demands and needs. You should read this carefully as it will explain reasons for making the recommendation we have made.
