Non-Permanent Leave Replacement, Library. In the Library, non-permanent leave replacements shall, in the first instance, be considered by the Library ARPT Committee in consultation with the ▇▇▇▇ of the Library. As the need arises, the ARPT Committee and the ▇▇▇▇ shall determine the number of hours needing replacement personnel for released time, recesses, leaves (emergency and otherwise), sick leaves, and vacations.
