Non Scheduled Shift. An employee may be called out to perform work, as stated in the overtime request, on a specific machine (for a Warehouseman the work shall be job specific). When the specified work is finished the callout shall be completed. A Cleanup Employee may also be called out to perform work on chutes/transfers or belt lines or roads and when the work is finished the callout shall be completed. However, where cleanup requirements are necessary due to inclement weather or product quality, involving chutes and/or transfers, the employee shall be called out for the entire shift.

Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations.
