Non-Smoking Area. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Resident and members of Resident's household and any interior common areas, including but not limited to community rooms, community bathrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, laundry rooms, stairways, offices and elevator, within all living units, and within a specified distance from building(s), as determined by the property manager in consultation with the residents, including entry ways, porches, balconies and patios have been designated as a Non-smoking living environment. Resident and members of Resident's household shall not smoke anywhere in said Non-Smoking Area, including in the unit rented by Resident, the building where Resident's dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building including the steps, patios or yards, nor shall Resident permit any guests or visitors under the control of Resident to smoke in said Non-Smoking Area.

Non-Smoking Area. All Board facilities and Board-owned vehicles shall be smoke free. Any employee found to violate this provision may be subject to disciplinary action. Any employee smoking on Board property, outside of Board facilities and vehicles, shall place cigarette butts, etc. in proper containers located outside each facility. Any employee found littering on Board property may be subject to disciplinary action.
Non-Smoking Area. A Non-Smoking Area means that smoking is prohibited by residents and their guests (i) in all units (ii) in all interior common areas of MHA property; (iii) within 20 feet of any MHA building opening, including but not limited to, entrance, exit, window and vent; and (iv) within 20 feet of any area primarily used by children. Residents that live in a designated Non-Smoking Area agree to and acknowledge the non-smoking policy when they sign their lease.

  • NON-SMOKING UNIT - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. ENTRY BY OWNER - Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency). If maintenance items are reported during your stay, please expect that maintenance will enter the home to address the reported items. Guests do not need to be present for maintenance activity.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.
