Non-tenured Administrators a. Non-tenured administrators shall be evaluated by their immediate supervisors at least three times in each school year, to be followed in each instance by a written evaluation report and by conference between the administrator and the immediate supervisor for the purpose of identifying any deficiencies, extending assistance for their correction and improvement. The responsibility for evaluation shall be shared by the immediate supervisor.

  • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • Selection of Representatives a) Each central party and the Crown shall select its own representatives to the Committee.

  • Compensating Time Compensating time earned by an employee may be accumulated up to two hundred forty (240) hours. Except where operational needs require otherwise, employees shall be entitled to use compensating time at times of their choice. Upon mutual agreement between an employee and an agency and with approval of the Commissioner or a designee, an agency may at any time pay an employee for up to two hundred forty (240) hours of that employee's accumulated compensating time. Such payment shall be made at the employee's hourly rate of pay in effect at the time of payment.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action.   • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.

  • Administrator Duties The Administrator has a duty to perform or observe all tasks to be performed or observed by the Administrator contained in this Agreement or otherwise.

  • Settlement Administrator 52. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in the next Paragraph and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, providing Mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; effecting Publication Notice; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number; administering the Claims processes; and distributing cash payments according to the processes and criteria set forth in Section X and Exhibits 5, 6, and 7.
