Non-tenured Unit Members. Every Fall, by November 1, each non-tenured unit member shall file an academic plan setting forth their professional goals and objectives for the current academic year. Faculty members shall file this plan with the department chair and a copy shall be sent to the college xxxx. Librarians shall file this plan with the Director of Libraries. The primary purpose of the academic plan is to provide a meaningful context for informal and unofficial discussions between the individual and the department chair, college xxxx or Director of Libraries concerning the following:

Non-tenured Unit Members. 37 There will be a minimum of three (3) meetings between unit members and his/her supervising administrator 38 each school year; a beginning of the year NYS Teaching Standards collegial conversation meeting, a mid- 39 year review meeting, and an end of year evaluation / summary meeting. Additional meetings may be 40 scheduled as needed or desired by the unit member or supervising administrator. Unless mutually agreed to 41 by the supervising administrator and the unit member, these meetings are exclusive of meetings scheduled in 42 connection with observations.
