Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article.
Employees and Volunteers Insurance required of the Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees and volunteers. State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.

’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.
