Uniform Complement. 7.1.1 A CCM will receive an Initial Uniform Package at the completion of the Initial Training Program. 7.1.2 The Initial Uniform Package will provide a standard number of items for both Male and Female CCMs. Female CCMs will also be permitted to make a selection of components to complete their package. A female CCM will receive a deposit of thirty seven (37) points and a male CCM will receive a deposit of twenty six (26) points. 7.1.4 The CCMs will be responsible to pay for fifty percent (50%) of the cost of their initial uniform allotment up to a maximum of $500. 7.1.5 Payment for the initial uniform will be made by a payroll deduction of $25 per month. This payment will commence the Block Month following their graduation date. 7.1.6 Following the completion of two (2) cumulative years of active service, a CCM will receive a deposit of 240 points into their uniform account in order to replace their uniform pieces. Note that this deposit does not include the winter coat as it is issued after the completion of three (3) winter seasons. Uniform Complement. The uniform complement for full-time employees is as follows: 6 shirts 1 sweater 1 winter jacket 1 winter hat 1 summer hat 1 raincoat 1 pair gloves Employees will be provided with additional uniform items if the Company determines that a particular employee requires such items in order to perform his job responsibilities. Uniform Complement. The Employer will provide each Corrections Officer who is required to wear and continuously maintain prescribed items of uniform clothing and personal equipment, the following items of clothing and equipment: One Pair of Handcuffs One All-Weather Coat Three Summer Shirts Two Badges Three Winter Shirts Two Name Bars Two Neckties ID Card and Leather Holder Five Trousers or Slacks One Handcuff Holder One Waist Belt One Key Holder One Tie Clasp FCC Compliant Jail Portable Radio by 12-31-12 Xxx Xxxxxx Belt, Holster, Keepers and Cartridge Holder will be provided as necessary in the event a Corrections Officer transports prisoners.
