Non-Union. WPTE acknowledges that the Programs are non-union productions and that FSN is not a party to, and has no present intention of becoming a party to, any guild, collective bargaining or similar agreement that might apply to the production of the Programs.
Non-Union. You acknowledge that this Agreement is not subject to the jurisdiction of any guild, union or labour organization. You specifically represent and warrant that you are not a member of any union or guild and acknowledge and agree that if any guild, union or labour organization attempts to assert jurisdiction over the Material, you shall co-operate with all efforts of Cinesite Animation to obtain a waiver from such jurisdiction, or to minimize the overall budget cost, use fees and administrative burdens on Cinesite Animation, provided that in any event, if such jurisdiction would result in greater budget costs, and greater royalties, backend participations and administrative costs, Cinesite Animation shall be entitled to immediately terminate this Agreement. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any and all rights you have or may later have to seek recourse or redress from any guild or union in respect of the Material, including, without limitation, the filing of arbitration proceedings for claims pertaining to screen credit or compensation hereunder.
Non-Union. The Deliverables created hereunder will not be subject to any union or guild rules or obligations.
Non-Union. Temporary Special Employees are not Union-covered under the County’s contracts with any Union. If employment or re-employment is in an AFSCME covered position for a period of more than 540 hours within a 6-month period, or in an UCLEA covered position for a period of more than 6 months, that respective Union must concur in writing to the non-Union coverage of that Special Employee. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant for special employment to seek and obtain this documentation.

Non-Union. Buyer Employees shall be given credit for all service with the Seller and its Affiliates under all employee benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit or other employee benefits arrangements of the Buyer ("BUYER BENEFIT PLANS") in which they become participants. The service credit given is for purposes of eligibility, vesting and service related level of benefits, but not benefit accrual. For purposes of benefit accrual, Non-Union Buyer Employees shall be given credit for all service with the Seller and its Affiliates under all Buyer Benefit Plans, but the ultimate benefits provided under the Buyer Benefit Plans may be offset by those previously provided by the Seller or benefit plans of the Seller, or by the benefits accrued under the benefit plans of the Seller or otherwise committed to be provided by the Seller in the future.
Non-Union. You understand and agree that unless otherwise agreed by XXX in writing, neither your services nor the creation and use of the Posts shall fall within the jurisdiction of any union or guild (e.g., SAG, AFTRA, etc.).
