Common use of Normal Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Normal Hours of Work. The Normal Hours of Work for an employee shall be thirty-nine (39) hours a week. In each week, there shall be five (5) full working days, i.e., the first four (4) days of which shall consist of eight hours (8 hours) of work (excluding a break of one (1) hour for meal), one (1) day shall consist of seven (7) hours of work (excluding a break of one (1) hour for meal).
