Normal Terminations of Employment. 27.9.1 The terms and conditions of this agreement are to be applied solely to any retrenchments and will not be used as a precedent for normal dismissal, retirement or resignation as in such cases the appropriate Award provisions will apply. Nothing contained in this Redundancy agreement shall limit the Employer's right to terminate employees as a result of a cessation of Special Production Requirement (S.P.R.).
