Normal. Non-Exempt Employees, except for those employees within the scope of Subd. 2, below, who are eligible for holiday pay and who are compensated for overtime work at one and one-half (1½) times their hourly base rate of pay, shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times their hourly base rate of pay for each hour worked on a holiday in addition to the holiday pay for which they are entitled.
