NORTHERN AND ISOLATION TRAVEL ASSISTANCE OUTREACH PROGRAM. 11.1 The Northern and Isolation Travel Assistance Outreach Program (the “NITAOP”) is a two-component program consisting of the Northern and Isolation Travel Assistance Program and the Physician Outreach Program, that makes funding available to provide approved physicians with a travel time honorarium and reimbursement of travel expenses, for approved travel to the communities listed in Appendix B for the purpose of providing medical services to the residents of such communities, in accordance with the specific terms, conditions, rules and eligibility criteria approved or established by the JSC from time to time. 11.2 Responsibility for the governance and oversight of the NITAOP resides with the JSC, with day to day administration of the NITAOP provided by the Ministry. 11.3 The Government will provide annual funding of $1.5 million for the Physician Outreach Program.

NORTHERN AND ISOLATION TRAVEL ASSISTANCE OUTREACH PROGRAM. 8.1 The NITAOP is a two-component program consisting of the Northern and Isolation Travel Assistance Program and the Physician Outreach Program, that makes funding available to provide approved physicians with a travel time honorarium and reimbursement of travel expenses, for approved travel for the purpose of providing medical services to the residents of such communities, in accordance with the specific terms, conditions, rules and eligibility criteria approved or established by the JSC from time to time. 8.2 Responsibility for the governance and oversight of the NITAOP resides with the JSC, with day-to-day administration of the NITAOP provided by the Ministry. 8.3 The Government will continue to fund the Northern and Isolation Travel Assistance Program at a level that meets the needs of the program as determined by the JSC. 8.4 The Physician Outreach Program portion of NITAOP will continue to be funded out of the funding for RSA Funded Rural Programs provided in Article 9. 8.5 For the purposes of the NITAOP, the Agreement applies to the communities listed in Appendix A, subject to the specific terms, conditions, rules, and eligibility criteria established by the JSC for the NITAOP from time to time. 8.6 A Health Authority, the Government or the Doctors of BC may apply to the JSC to add a community to be eligible for the NITAOP if the community is listed in Appendix A if the JSC agrees, by consensus decision, that the community requires itinerant services.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Employee Assistance Program Neither the fact of an employee's participation in an employee assistance program, nor information generated by participation in the program, shall be used as a reason for discipline under this Article, except for information relating to an employee's failure to participate in an employee assistance program consistent with the terms to which the employee and the University have agreed.

  • Regulatory Assistance Provider will permit regulators with jurisdiction over BFA or any BFA Recipient to examine Provider’s activities relating to its performance under this Agreement and the Services. Subject to Section 17.6, Provider will cooperate and provide all information reasonably requested by the regulator in connection with any such examination and provide reasonable assistance and access to all equipment, records, and systems requested by the regulator relating to the Services.
