Not to Occur. The Employer shall not cause or direct any lockout of employees during the life of this Agreement, and neither the Union nor any representative thereof, nor any employee, shall in any way authorise, encourage or participate in any strike, walkout, suspension of work, or slow down on the part of the employee or group of employees during the life of this Agreement. No employee shall be disciplined for refusing to cross a legal picket line.
