Notice for Collective Bargaining. 8:01 Not more than ninety (90) days and not less than sixty (60) days preceding the expiry date of this Agreement either party to this Agreement may by written notice serve to inform the other party of its intention to enter into collective bargaining for a renewal or a revision and renewal of the Collective Agreement or the conclusion of a new Collective Agreement.
