Notice of Association Meetings. The Association will establish the date and time for all Association meetings and submit these dates and times to the Office of the Superintendent. The Association’s scheduling of use of buildings will be subject to usual and customary building procedures for reservation of space. If possible, notice of all Association meetings and other activities of the Association shall be included on the weekly calendar of each school. Responsibility for seeing that information regarding Association meetings and activities is received in ample time for publication rests with the Association.

Notice of Association Meetings. During a faculty or professional meeting called by the Administration, announcement will be made of an Association meeting to be held at the conclusion of the meeting if the Association shall make such request to the Superintendent or his designee.

The Board will provide GESSA leadership with an opportunity to meet with all members of the bargaining unit twice yearly, to discuss the work of GESSA and benefits of GESSA membership. This meeting will be scheduled with the cooperation of the Administration.

  • Notice of a meeting Notice of a meeting called pursuant to Section 13.4 shall be given to the Record Holders of the class or classes of Units for which a meeting is proposed in writing by mail or other means of written communication in accordance with Section 16.1. The notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time when deposited in the mail or sent by other means of written communication.

  • Negotiation Meetings 1. Negotiation meetings will be scheduled at the request of the parties and, until negotiations are concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time, and place of a subsequent meeting.

  • Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral.   • Informal Meetings The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.
