Common use of Notice of Closure Clause in Contracts

Notice of Closure. The Employer shall notify all employees who are to be affected by the permanent closure of all or any portion of the Employer’s operation, twenty- one (21) calendar days prior to the effective date of such closure or shall award pay in lieu thereof.
