Notice of Closure. The Employer shall notify all employees who are to be affected by the permanent closure of all or any portion of the Employer's operation, ten (10) working days prior to the effective date of such closure, unless legislation in Manitoba requires more notice be given. In such event, the Employer will provide notice and severance pay in accordance with such legislation.
