Common use of Notice of Closure Clause in Contracts

Notice of Closure. The Employer shall notify all employees who are to be affected by the permanent closure of all or any portion of the Employer's operation, within two (2) working days of receiving notice from the Province of such closure; or at least sixty (60) working days, should the decision to close be made independent of the Province.
