Notice of Closure. The Employer shall notify all employees who are to be permanently laid off due to the closure of the site sixty (60) working days prior to the effective date of such closure or shall award pay in lieu thereof. In instances where the law provides for greater notice of lay-off than sixty (60) working days, the Employer shall provide notice or pay in lieu of notice in accordance with 67(1) of the Employment Standards Code C.C.S.M. c. E110, 2007
