Notice of Vacancies. Information regarding vacancies and new positions shall be publicized to the staff by posting notices in the high school and elementary school teacher’s lounges prior to advertisement. Where specific training experience or other qualifications are prerequisites for any position that is available, such conditions shall be stated in the job description.
