Notification and Proof of personal leave. Every employee absent from work through illness on the production of a certificate from a duly qualified health practitioner specifying the nature of the illness of the employee and the period or approximate period during which the employee will be unable to work, or of other evidence of illness to the satisfaction of the employer, or a statutory declaration by the employee and subject to having promptly notified the employer of the illness and of the approximate period aforesaid shall subject as herein provided, be entitled to payment in full for all time he is so absent from work: Provided that it shall not be necessary for an employee to produce such a certificate or statutory declaration if the employee's absence from work on account of illness does not exceed two consecutive days or 5 days in total in a calendar year. If any employee’s absence exceeds five days in a calendar year, the employee will be required to produce a certificate on every subsequent occasion that the employee takes personal leave in that calendar year.

  • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months.   • Condition of Personal Property All tangible personal property, equipment, fixtures and inventories included within the assets of the Company are in good, merchantable or in reasonably repairable condition and are suitable for the purposes for which they are used. No value in excess of applicable reserves has been given to any inventory with respect to obsolete or discontinued products. To the best of the Company's knowledge, all of the inventories and equipment, including equipment leased to others, are well maintained and in good operating condition.

  • Transfer of Personal Information Supplier warrants to DXC that Personal Information provided to Supplier or obtained by Supplier under this Agreement on behalf of DXC (including any SOW) shall not be transferred across national boundaries unless authorized by law or specified within this Agreement or the applicable SOW as authorized for transfer across national boundaries. Supplier agrees that any such transfer will only be made in compliance with applicable Data Privacy Laws. If there is a conflict between this Section ‘Data Protection and Privacy’ and the other provisions of this Agreement, the requirements of this Section shall take precedence.

  • Waiver of Personal Liability No member, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer or any of its program participants or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Borrower shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any principal (or redemption price) or interest on the Bonds or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Loan Agreement.
