Notification of New Hires. The Employer shall furnish the Union a notification of new hires into the bargaining unit, monthly. Such notification shall be mailed no later than 10 days following the end of the month in which the employee reports to work. Such notification shall contain the name, classification, hire date, rate of pay, and location. The Employer shall furnish the Union notification of termination of an employee under the above monthly reporting time period. Termination shall be interpreted as voluntary and/or involuntary termination of employment. Such notice shall contain the name, classification, location, and date of termination.
