Notification to Return. An employee on child care/adoption leave of absence will be sent a Notification of Assignment from Human Resources according to the following schedule: a. When the return date of the leave is intended to coincide with the opening of school, notification will be given by April 1st. b. At least sixty (60) days prior to the specified return of the leave when such date falls at any other time during the school year.

When the return date of said leave is intended to coincide with the opening of school, notification shall be given by March 1st of the preceding school year. b. At least sixty (60) days prior to the specified return of said leave when such date falls at any other time during the school year.
