Nuisance/Anti-Social Behaviour. Your Tenants Handbook details the circumstances in which you may lose your home. There will be occasions when North and West Housing Ltd will decide to take action to evict tenants because of anti-social behaviour. • If you are evicted for anti-social behaviour, or other action is taken against you, you may be disqualified which may affect your chances of being re-housed by a housing association or the NIHE in the future.

Nuisance/Anti-Social Behaviour. You are responsible for the behaviour of every person (including children) living in or visiting your home, including responsibility for their behaviour in the home, on surrounding land, in communal areas (stairs, lifts, landing, entrance halls, shared gardens, parking areas) and in the locality of the dwelling house. Whether the tenancy is ‘secure’ or ‘introductory’, breaching any of the ‘General Conditions of Tenancy’ or statutory obligations may result in North and West Housing Ltd taking action through the legal power provided by the Housing (NI) Order 1983 and Housing (NI) Order 2003.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Severe Weather An employee who is late for a scheduled shift during a severe weather day will be offered the opportunity to work his/her full regular schedule of hours if work is needed, without suffering any pay deductions taken from such employee’s regular scheduled work day providing such employee completes his/her shift. Severe weather days are days when weather hampers mass transit (e.g. buses and ferries) from transporting travelers to their destinations. If weather conditions are such that driving to work would be hazardous, roads are closed, or travel to work would result in extreme hardship, an employee may use his/her PTO time if unable to report for work. EIB is not available for severe weather days. Employees are required to provide notification as soon as practicable if they are going to be late or unable to report for work.

  • Service Animals Humber Residences acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.

  • Serious Illness Should a participant be unable to take the leave when scheduled because of serious injury or illness occurring before commencement of the leave, he/she may cancel the leave and receive payment as in Article 12.8.3.9 or, with the consent of the College, defer the leave to a time mutually agreeable, not to exceed one (1) year.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Overload Teaching Paragraph 1: Overload teaching is that teaching conducted by a full-time classroom teacher teaching daily in a vacant position during his/her planning period.
