If the paid compensatory holiday is not granted within the time limit stipu­ lated above, and the employee has not accumulated the holiday in a bank, she receives the equivalent of one day of work at double time, in addition to the salary for her workday.
Number and list of statutory holidays. Subject to the statutory holidays established or to be established by law or by government decree, the list of statutory holidays is determined after agreement. Either one of the parties may ask that this list be revised. Until a new list of statutory holidays, complying with the provisions of this Article, becomes effective, the Employer shall continue to comply with the list that applied on the effective date of this Collective Agreement. Either party may request a revision of this list.
