Common use of Number of Observations Clause in Contracts

Number of Observations. The probationary employee shall be formally observed a minimum of once a month by the designated evaluator during the probationary period, unless the evaluator recommends to the Superintendent prior to the completion of such required observations that the probationary period be terminated due to the remediation of the deficiency(ies) as stated in the probationary notice.
