Nurse Access to Supervisory Staff. The District recognizes that nurses, as professionals, are required to perform specific technical duties and utilize specific skills and thought processes that are particular to the nursing profession. Recognizing this, the District will ensure that all nurses will be able to consult with supervisory staff that are RNs, ARNP’s or physicians. In order to resolve issues related to this nursing practice issue, the Nurse Practice Committee shall focus on issues that may arise with respect to access to such supervisory staff. Any solutions that are mutually agreed upon may be incorporated by reference as an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to the current Agreement.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Max-Tel access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.

  • Access to the Workplace Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.
