Nurse and Director/Manager. Nurses shall first attempt to resolve the grievance by presenting the grievance in writing on a completed grievance form to their Director/Manager within fifteen (15) week days from the date the nurse was or should have been aware that the grievance existed. The Director/Manager shall be given ten (10) week days to meet with the grievant and the Grievance Officer (or designee) at Step 1 to try to resolve the problem. The Director/Manager shall have ten (10) week days from the meeting to issue the Step 1 Response Letter.

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:
