Committee Compensation. 1. Each faculty committee member shall receive up to ten (10) hours or the actual number of logged hours, whichever is less, of compensation equivalent to the top of Schedule C Lab rate for each year he or she serves on the evaluation committee and completes the evaluation cycle. To be eligible to receive the compensation, counselors, librarians, college nurses, and tutorial instructors must perform such evaluation services outside of their regularly assigned work week under Article XII, Section 5. WORK WEEK.
Committee Compensation. Time spent for committee participation related to the activities above will be considered time worked when approved by department director.
Committee Compensation. Participation on Committees is voluntary. Nurses shall, however, be compensated at the regular rate of pay or be given paid release time for all time spent on Hospital established committees when they are members of the committee and are required to attend committee meetings.
Committee Compensation. Those employees that are required to serve on District sponsored committees shall be compensated at the committee rate of $35.00 per hour, (for 2021-22), to be increased annually by the state-funded IPD percentage. Those employees required to serve on the District Curriculum Council (DCC) will receive compensation at committee rate in lieu of a stipend for their participation at DCC meetings scheduled beyond their workday. The council will serve in an ad hoc capacity with meetings and participation set as needed by the Assistant Superintendent or his designee in order to fulfill duties and responsibilities consistent with Board policy and procedures.
Committee Compensation. Any committee work required by the Superintendent performed outside of the contractual work day will be paid at the hourly tutor rate.
Committee Compensation. As determined on the supplemental salary schedule.
D. Term: Each member will serve a three-year term and terms will be staggered to provide for continuity.
Committee Compensation. A. Employees who serve on committees required and approved by the Superintendent or Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, and/or the Board (with the exception of faculty meetings) will receive compensation at the rate of $20.00 per hour or I.D.P. points spent in such meetings outside the duty day. Department Deans shall be excluded from compensation for textbook and curriculum committees. The employee may choose either to receive the monetary payment or the I.D.P. points as long as funds are available. If funds are not available, the employee may still choose to participate but for I.D.P. points only.
B. Committee members will be selected by the Superintendent or Executive Director of Teaching and Learning who will call committee meetings and authorize hours to be compensated.
C. Individuals who make professional presentations outside our school district and receive compensation for their work shall take Leave Without Pay approved by the Superintendent of Schools and their building principal. If the compensation is less than their current daily rate of pay, their pay dock shall not be greater than the difference between the compensation and their daily rate of pay. The following list is given as an example of the types of committees eligible for compensation but is not all inclusive.

Committee Compensation. A. Committeemen and the time study person or any member acting in behalf of the membership as a bargaining representative of the Union will be paid by the Company at the previous month's union dues for all time spent on Union activity as follows:
B. Meeting with the Company for the purpose of negotiations on contracts, wage agreements, supplements, grievances and two members of the committee for proofreading the contract.
C. In the prompt and efficient settlement and investigation of all grievances or any authorized time needed in fulfilling the duties of their office.
D. For all authorized meetings that pertain to the plant.
E. For time on safety committee meetings and inspections.
F. For all time that is needed for the time study person on time study, meetings, and other fulfillment of time study.
X. Whenever a committeeman is working piece work and he or she goes on Union business, he or she will give the Company 1/2 hour notice and the Company will make every reasonable effort to replace him or her to avoid shutting down his or her crew.
Committee Compensation. All Board of Director and Committee positions shall be reimbursed for any hours lost from work at their regular rate of pay. The Company shall pay this reimbursement.
Committee Compensation. Unless otherwise determined by the Board, the members of the committees shall not be compensated by the Plan or the Trust Fund for their services as such.
