It is understood and agreed that if the Union is accepted to participate in the Nursing Homes and Related Industries Pension Plan, the following language will replace Article 18.01-18.04 on a date to be determined by the Union. In order to determine the feasibility of group participation in the plan, the Employer agrees to provide the following information to the Plan Administrator from each home electronically (where practicable) for each ONA member: their date of birth, date of hire (if part-time the total hours from date of hire), status (full-time, part-time), gender and annual compensation.
