Method of Pupil Assessment. The Academy shall evaluate pupils’ work based on the assessment strategies identified in Schedule 7e. The Academy also shall assess pupil performance using all applicable testing that the Code or the Contract require. The Academy shall provide the Charter Schools Office with copies of reports, assessments and test results concerning the following: (a) educational outcomes achieved by pupils attending the Academy and other reports reasonably requested by the Charter Schools Office; (b) an assessment of student performances at the end of each academic school year or at such other times as the College Board may reasonably request; (c) an annual education report in accordance with the Code; (d) an annually administered nationally recognized norm-referenced achievement test for the Academy’s grade configuration, or a program of testing approved by the Charter Schools Office; and (e) all tests required under Applicable Law.

To the extent applicable, pupil performance at the Academy shall be assessed using the Michigan Student Test of Educational Progress (“M-STEP”) and/or the Michigan Merit Examination (“MME”) designated under the Code. The Academy shall provide the Charter Schools Office with copies of reports, assessments and test results concerning the following: (a) educational outcomes achieved by pupils attending the Academy and other reports reasonably requested by the Charter Schools Office; (b) an assessment of student performances at the end of each academic school year or at such other times as the College Board may reasonably request; (c) an annual education report in accordance with the Code; (d) an annually administered nationally recognized norm-referenced achievement test for the Academy’s grade configuration, or a program of testing approved by the Charter Schools Office; and (e) all tests required under Applicable Law.

  • Method of Billing Consultant may submit invoices to the City for approval on a progress basis, but no more often than two times a month. Said invoice shall be based on the total of all Consultant’s services which have been completed to City’s sole satisfaction. City shall pay Consultant’s invoice within forty-five (45) days from the date City receives said invoice. Each invoice shall describe in detail, the services performed, the date of performance, and the associated time for completion. Any additional services approved and performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be designated as “Additional Services” and shall identify the number of the authorized change order, where applicable, on all invoices.

  • Method of Compensation It is understood by the parties that, insofar as pay is concerned, employees temporarily filling a position in a higher broadband level shall be paid according to the same compensation method as promoted employees pursuant to the Rules of the State Personnel System.
