Objectives of cooperation. The objectives of this Agreement are to establish a strengthened partnership between the Parties and to deepen and enhance cooperation on issues of mutual interest, reflecting shared values and common principles.
Objectives of cooperation. 2.1. The Ship will be acquired by the Company on or about 31st October 2006. 2.2. The Company shall have, as its sole business, the acquisition, ownership, chartering, operation and eventual disposal of the Ship. 2.3. The Company shall, as buyer, acquire the Ship from the Builder, upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Shipbuilding Contract. 2.4. The Company shall appoint Exmar Marine to provide all accounting and administrative services and to deal with day to day regulatory and statutory matters affecting the Company, on the terms and conditions provided in the form of the Corporate Management Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 1. 2.7. The Company shall execute an indemnity in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the respective beneficiaries in favour of Exmar Lux S.A. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx whereby the Company agrees to indemnify each of Exmar Lux S.A. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx against any liability, loss or expense incurred by either Exmar Lux S.A. or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx under the guarantees referred to in Recital B hereof.

Objectives of cooperation. 2.1. The initial objective of this Agreement is the facilitation of the SVK MOD acquisition of at least 152 (one hundred fifty-two) CV90. 2.2. The long term objective of this Agreement is to enable further cooperation between the Participants concerning operation and future development of tracked infantry fighting vehicles. 2.3. The acquisition includes the security of supply requirements and Slovak industry participation and industry cooperation as separately agreed in the Supply Agreement between the SVK MOD and the Contractor. 2.4. The Participants will provide mutual support for the timely delivery of deliverables in all security situations. 2.5. This Agreement is not intended to conflict with the Participants national law or international agreements by which the Participants are bound. In case such a conflict should arise, applicable national and/or international law will prevail over this Agreement. The Participants will notify each other promptly in the event of such conflict.
