Objectives of cooperation. The objectives of this Agreement are to establish a strengthened partnership between the Parties and to deepen and enhance cooperation on issues of mutual interest, reflecting shared values and common principles.
Objectives of cooperation. 2.1. The Ship will be acquired by the Company on or about 31st October 2006.
2.2. The Company shall have, as its sole business, the acquisition, ownership, chartering, operation and eventual disposal of the Ship.

2.4. The Ship shall, upon her delivery by the Builder under the Shipbuilding Contract, be registered under the laws and flag of Belgium in the ownership of the Company and be delivered to the Charterer in accordance with the Charter.
2.5. The Company shall appoint the Approved Technical Manager as the technical and crew manager of the Ship on the terms and conditions provided in the form of the Technical Management Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 2.
2.6. The Company shall appoint Exmar Marine to provide all accounting and administrative services and to deal with day to day regulatory and statutory matters affecting the Company, on the terms and conditions provided in the form of the Corporate Management Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 1.
2.7. The Company shall execute an indemnity in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the respective beneficiaries in favour of Exmar Lux S.A. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx whereby the Company agrees to indemnify each of Exmar Lux S.A. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx against any liability, loss or expense incurred by either Exmar Lux S.A. or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx under the guarantees referred to in Recital B hereof.

To meet the demand in Finland for qualified instructors speaking several languages, most importantly Russian and English, and trained to Finnish standards for work at ski areas in Finland during high season. To meet the demand in Latvia for quality instructor training under the supervision of qualified coaches with international experience. To more efficiently prepare Latvian instructors for work in the international arena. To market Finnish ski areas among Baltic tourists with the assistance of Latvian instructors. To better enable access to EU funds in Latvia for the improvement of the instructor training system. To increase employment at Finnish ski areas and promote the use of FNASI coaches to help upgrade the qualifications of the Latvian instructors, using the EU funds.
Objectives of cooperation. 1. In the framework of exercising their responsibilities and ensuring financial stability for the country, the Authorities will discuss and harmonise the necessary actions, focusing on the following objectives:
a) preventing systemic risks;
b) managing systemic risks;
2. To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the Authorities will cooperate to:
a) realise on-going and comprehensive supervision of markets, of all financial institutions and of the supporting technical infrastructure;
b) identify in due time the developments that represent a potential systemic risk, and implement in an efficient and coordinated way the necessary actions to prevent them;
c) conceptualise and realise improvements to the legal and by-legal acts, and the framework of instruments to handle systemic risks, including communication about them to the public;
d) plan and enhance human, technical and financial capacities, necessary to manage systemic risks;
e) test the implementation of procedures and special actions in the event of a crisis, by simulating extraordinary financial situations;
f) consult on the impact that amendments to the institutional policy of each authority may have on the responsibility and capability of other institutions with regard to managing extraordinary situations;

In accordance with the objectives laid down by the Pan-PRD Regional Cooperation Framework Agreement, cooperation referred to herein shall aim to capitalise the comparative advantages and unique strength of all parties, enhance exchange and cooperation in the area of intellectual property rights, promote creation, protection, administration and application of intellectual property rights, break down local protectionism, strengthen the order of market economy, speed up business and technology transfer, xxxxxx growth of inter-regional investment, and boost the joint economic development of the Pan-PRD region.

2.2. The long term objective of this Agreement is to enable further cooperation between the Participants concerning operation and future development of tracked infantry fighting vehicles.
2.3. The acquisition includes the security of supply requirements and Slovak industry participation and industry cooperation as separately agreed in the Supply Agreement between the SVK MOD and the Contractor.
2.4. The Participants will provide mutual support for the timely delivery of deliverables in all security situations.
2.5. This Agreement is not intended to conflict with the Participants national law or international agreements by which the Participants are bound. In case such a conflict should arise, applicable national and/or international law will prevail over this Agreement. The Participants will notify each other promptly in the event of such conflict.
