OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. 4.1 On the basis of the license to submit an electronic declaration to the Customs Authorities issued to him/it, the Direct Representative is obliged to keep records and keep the (original) documents and records pertaining to each declaration. The Principal is obliged to keep a copy of the documents and records provided by him/it for the same period of time.3
4.2 Subject to Article 4.1, the Principal is under a statutory obligation to keep all data relating to the declaration, the records and other data in connection with the transaction on file insofar as these pertain to the declaration.3
OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. The obligation in regulation 2.82 of the Migration Regulations applies and is not varied.
OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. The Contractor shall maintain the following records:
(a) all records of the Services provided under this Agreement to an Injured Worker and relevant underlying or related materials for a period of either three years from the date Services were last provided to that Injured Worker or for the length of time required by the Contractor’s governing professional body following provision of the Services, whichever is longer; and
(b) all books and records regarding fees invoiced and administration of this Agreement and all underlying or related materials for a period of either seven years from the date Services were last provided under this Agreement or the length of time, if any, required by the Contractor’s governing professional body for such books and records, whichever is longer.
OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. During the course of your employment by the Company, you represent that you have made and maintained and agree to continue to make and maintain adequate and current written records of all Company Intellectual Property, including notebooks and invention disclosures, which records will be available to and remain the property of the Company at all times. You will disclose all Company Intellectual Property promptly, fully and in writing to the Company immediately upon production or development of the same and at any time upon request.
OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. I shall make and maintain adequate and -------------------------- current written records of all Work Product and I shall disclose all Work Product promptly, fully and in writing to the Corporation's Directors, or to such person as the Corporation's Directors may designate, immediately upon development of the same and at any time upon request.
OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. During the Term and for a period of six (6) Years after the Termination Date of this Framework Agreement takes effect, the Supplier shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate records, including: Management Information that is checked and signed off by a senior officer of the Supplier, who understands the obligations and requirements of this Framework Agreement; copies of all invoices for the supply of Electricity Products and the provision of Additional Goods, Works and Services and receipts confirming payment; invoices from the Authority for the Commission and receipts received confirming payment; all executed versions of the Customer Contracts and any variations to them and all notices given or received under them; all completed Orders for the provision of Additional Goods, Works and Services to Customers and any variations to them; all LECs bought for Customers and all associated documentation; records of any failure to meet the KPIs and any corrective action taken relating to the monitoring of this Framework Agreement or the Customer Contracts; records relating to the investigation and resolution of Disputes; all accreditations as to external security, quality, environmental management and similar accreditations; and all such documents, calculations, methodologies, accounts, reports, correspondence, information and other evidence (in whatever form) to support the verification of the above, (together, the Records).
OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. 4.1 On the basis of the 'electronic declaration' authorisation issued to Phimex, Phimex is obliged to keep records which must include a copy of the documents and materials for each declaration. The Client has to keep the original documents and materials for the same period.
4.2 Without prejudice to Article 4.1, the Client is legally obliged to keep all data relating to the declaration, the documents and other information relating to the transaction in its records to the extent that these pertain to the declaration.

OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. During the term of this Agreement and for a minimum of two (2) years after the termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall maintain a complete, clear, and accurate record of the number, description and aggregate gross selling prices of the Fuel Cell Products produced or sold. To ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Anuvu shall have the right to inspect and audit all the relevant accounting and sales books and records of Licensee conducted by Anuvu or an independent certified public accountant whose fee shall be paid by Anuvu. Any such audit shall be conducted during regular business hours upon seven (7) days prior written notice at Licensee's offices and in such a manner as to not unreasonably interfere with Licensee's normal business activities. In no event shall audits be made hereunder more frequently than every six (6) months. If such inspections should disclose any underreporting, Licensee shall promptly pay to Anuvu such amounts, together with the audit costs if the underreporting is greater than five percent (5%).

I shall make and maintain adequate and current written records of all Company Inventions, including notebooks and invention disclosures, which records shall be available to and remain the property of the Company at all times. I shall disclose all Company Inventions promptly, fully and in writing to the Company immediately upon production or development of the same and at any time upon request.
