Observance of Statutory Holidays. The statutory holidays, as specified in this section, shall be observed by the parties to this Agreement on the normal calendar day of occurrence, or the legal date for observance of the statutory holiday established by legislation, or a day designated by the City.

Observance of Statutory Holidays. An employee, whose regular day off falls on a statutory holiday, shall be granted the work day immediately following the statutory holiday off with pay.
