Observation and Evaluation Forms. 1. Observation and evaluation of a teacher shall be made upon the forms developed collaboratively by the Administration and the Bedford Teachers’ Association through the APPR Committee. Observation and evaluation of teachers shall be accomplished in accordance with the Board of Education-approved APPR plan, in accordance with Commissioner of Education regulations.
