B. The teacher evaluation instrument shall be used by the administration for purposes of classroom evaluation of teachers as prescribed by Section G of this article. It is expressly understood that the evaluation instrument shall attempt to measure in as objective a fashion as an instrument is able, the positive, neutral, and negative interaction of teacher and his pupils and the ability of the teacher to control the classroom variables in attempting to maximize the conditions that make an effective learning situation possible.
C. The teacher will complete the evaluation form and, in conference with the principal, they will compare the evaluations.
