Obtaining Entitlements. Subject to Lessee’s rights to terminate this Agreement during the Option Term as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, during the Option Term, Lessee shall use its commercially reasonable and diligent efforts to obtain the Entitlements prior to the Outside Option Expiration Date. Such efforts shall include Xxxxxx's expenditure of such funds, including, without limitation, application fees, travel costs, and design and architectural fees as Lessee reasonably deems necessary to procure the Entitlements. Additionally, Xxxxxx’s efforts to obtain the Entitlements shall include, without limitation, taking such steps as are reasonably necessary to comply with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”).

Obtaining Entitlements. During the Option Term, Lessee shall use its best efforts to satisfy the Option Conditions as soon as possible, including without limitation, the expenditure of application fees, architectural fees and consulting fees as reasonably necessary in connection with the processing of the Entitlements.

  • Leave Entitlements (a) A sessional practitioner shall be entitled to pro rata leave entitlements in the same ratio as the number of sessions allocated bears to 10. If during any qualifying period the number of sessions allocated to a sessional practitioner varies, the number shall be averaged over the qualifying period.

  • Basic entitlement (a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child. For females, maternity leave may be taken and for males, paternity leave may be taken. Adoption leave may be taken in the case of adoption.

  • Other leave entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid parental leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with long service leave, or annual leave where applicable, for the whole or part of the period of unpaid parental leave.

  • Entitlement For the purpose of calculating six days per calendar year, one day shall be considered to be one day regardless of the regularly scheduled workday. Calculation for part-time employees and partial days will be on a prorated basis.

  • Vacation Entitlements In case of discharge or resignation, the employee shall receive all vacation entitlements and salary due to the date of termination, except as provided in Articles 33.05 and 33.07.

  • Access to Other Leave Entitlements F19.20 An employee on grandparental leave may access annual leave, purchased leave or long service leave.

  • Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.

  • Security Clearances A. The General Contractor is to supply the Department of Corrections with full names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of all employees who will be on site. This information must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to access to the site. The Department of Corrections has final word on who will be permitted access to the site. A form for this purpose is attached for your use.
